A note on recent seasons
DECEMBER 2023
weeks before his accession to the throne, Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark and his family spent their summer holiday in Queenstown. Over the course of that week, The Groove Merchant was engaged four times: a family lunch, a cocktail evening, late-night private sets, each in a different venue with a different brief. By the final night, song requests were coming from the Crown Prince himself.
